Diet time, but I have to have something to eat. This is a great little side dish to have or even for lunch by itself. I'm really not for sure if fat free verses the real thing matters. I really need to research that a little.
Veggie Slaw
2 cups chopped cabbage
2 cups chopped cauliflower
2 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup carrot sticks
1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup fat free Miracle Whip
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
In large mixing bowl mix it all together.
Simple and very tasty. Now I can diet, if I can eat something like this all the time.
