Boudin Won Tons

Boudin Won tons

This is Robin's Top Chef week. The secret ingredient is... BOUDIN.

Boudin Won tons:
2 boudin links
12 won ton wrappers
soy sauce

Microwave boudin for two minutes. Let cool, and take the casing off.

Put one tablespoon in the middle of the won ton. (have a little bowl of water). Fold it triangular shape. Dip your fingers in the water and rub the edges of the won ton to seal.


Put on wax paper, and set in refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Bring water, in a large sauce pan to boil. Place four won tons in, at a time. This only take a few seconds. When they float to the top, remove them with a slotted spoon. Repeat until all is boiled. Pour soy sauce over the top, as much as  you like. Great little treat, when your cooking Chinese food.


Come back tomorrow for a boudin breakfast surprise. It will knock your husband's socks off.
