You Sent Me Flying Ice-Cream Balls

Check out Candi aka Amy Winehouse, can't believe she could get her hair like that. This is our last celebrity "Girls Night Out" recipe. Candi is as sweet as her ice-cream balls.These are so YUMMY, great idea for a get together with friends or a party.

Ice-Cream Balls:
1 1/2 cups crushed Cinammon Toast
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels

• 1 cup finely chopped pecans
• caramel syrup
• vanilla ice cream

1. Set out ice cream to soften
2. Mix 1st 3 ingredients
3. Form ice cream balls & roll in mixture
4. Freeze 2 hours
5. Serve warm caramel over balls
