Asparagus Casserole
2 cans 15 ounce asparagus, drained
1 can 10.75 ounce cream of mushroom soup
6 slices American cheese
1/2 sleeve of saltine crackers, crumbled
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain asparagus and place in casserole dish.
Spread soup on top.Top with cheese slices, then add cracker crumbs.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until crackers are golden brown. This is so wonderful with your dressing on Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.
