1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 egg
2 teaspoons Cajun seasonings
whipped cream cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease your loaf pan.
In food processor, crumble crackers.

Sausage Ring
Your in for a treat today. This would be great to serve Christmas morning, when your kiddo's wake up, or while your guest are arriving.
Sausage Roll
1 package of pork sausage
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 egg
2 teaspoons Cajun seasonings
whipped cream cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease your loaf pan.
In food processor, crumble crackers.
Add sausage, egg and seasoning.
Mix it up well. Form it in a roll; like you would a meatloaf. Add to loaf pan and cook for one hour uncovered.
Slice it up and serve it with cream cheese to the side. YUMMY! So simple and has a great taste.
