Russian Chicken
14 ounce whole cranberry sauce
1 cup Russian salad dressing
1 package dry Lipton onion soup mix
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size piece
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, except chicken.
Stir in chicken. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
This is great served over rice.
