Corn Pudding

Corn Pudding
14 ounce cream corn
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
8 ounce sour cream
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheese (I used cheddar)

Mix all together and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. This is almost like a corn dressing for Easter.
