Parmesan Chicken

Parmesan Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 fresh lemon juice


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay chicken breast in casserole dish; pouring melted butter and lemon juice over the top.


Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and paprika on top. Bake for 20 minutes. I had some spaghetti sauce leftover, from my sliders, and served it to the side. This is so simple and delicious.

I've been cooking for my Great Aunt Sue, and this was one of her request. I didn't even know it was one of Steve's favorites. Worked out good for me. ha!
