Vegetable Melody
12 ounce sugar snap peas
12 ounce Italian green beans
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 chopped onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large casserole dish add all vegetables. I used frozen peas and beans. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic salt and tarragon on top. Cook for 30 minutes.
This is an easy side dish that is simple and delicious. You could use any of your favorite vegetables to it. The sweetness of the sugar snap peas and the flavor of tarragon gives it the right touch.
