Crock pot Chicken

This is a remix recipe from my friend Kim D.  I went out with a group of  people, and she was there.  We got to talking, and she has kinfolks down in my neck of the woods.  We instantly became friends, and had so much to talk about. She's an awesome cook, and i'll be sharing her recipe at a later date.

This is so simple, and when  you get home from work its done.



Crock pot chicken:

6 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
6 ounce apricot jam
8 ounce jar salsa

Dump all in the crock pot for eight hours on low. Serve over rice.
