I know we didn't get to the Cajun Eggplant, but its coming up tomorrow. We had Steve's kids, Jordan and Corbin over for dinner last night, so I had to switch it up a bit. Cayman was at soccer, and couldn't make it. I will have to have her a special dinner just for her soon.
