Dill Potato Salad

Dill Potato Salad
4 to 5 red potatoes, washed and cubed (leave skin on)
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
8 ounce sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion (optional)

Boil potatoes until tender; drain and mix in the rest of your ingredients. Stir it gently. This is great with barbecue. The dill gives it the extra punch and change from your regular potato salad recipe.
