Scalloped Potatoes

Scalloped Potatoes
1 to 2 large baking potatoes, sliced thinly
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
3 to 4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Layer potatoes in the bottom of your baking dish.
Sprinkle flour on top; adding onion and cheese. Repeat layers; then add milk.
Whoops, sprinkle salt and pepper on top of each layer. I only did 3 layers, but you can do as many as you want. Bake for 1.5 hours.
