Robin's English Peas


Robin's English Peas
12 ounce frozen english peas
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
7 ounce sliced mushrooms, drained
5 ounce sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper

Cook peas in water; until soft. Add the remaining ingredients; stirring the cornstarch in to thicken it.

This so simple and adds a kick to your regular ole english peas. I love mushrooms and the crunch with the water chestnuts.
