My mom use to make this all the time and one of my all time favorites. So simple and delicious. Great for Easter or anytime.
Peach Gelatin Salad
1 large box peach Jell-o
2 cups hot water
1 small can crushed pineapples
1 - 8 ounce whipped cream cheese
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups of hot water.
Break up cream cheese into the warm gelatin. Beat with mixer until it is dissolved. Add pineapples.
Chill for at least one hour and serve.
