South American Hot Chocolate (with chillies)

I loved going South American, and this hot chocolate is the best I've ever had. Great for a cold night. The red chillies gave it a kick, that you'll love.

South American Hot Chocolate with Chillies
2 1/2 cups milk
1 red chillie
1/2 cup heavy cream
they call for waitrose continental chocolate - but I used 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat heavy sauce pan on medium to low heat, and add everything except the chillie. Seed your red chillies and cut into strips. I only used have the chillies, and used 6 small strips. Add to milk mixture and continually stir until chocolate has melted.

After its heated, serve and get some yummy goodness in your mouth!

If you would like to make an after dinner drink, add 1/2 cup of Kahlu'a to it and heat.

Serve it with one strip of the red chillie pepper to it. Turned out great.
Be Sweet and Stay Sweet!
