Veal Chops and Blueberry Sauce

I was suppose to cook this during Anniversary week, but it didn't happen. This is so simple, and your mate or whoever will think you went all out on this. I served it with a baked potato. Steve loves this meal.

Veal Chops
2 Veal chops
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix all seasonings together, and rub on both sides of your chops. I used my George Foreman grill. Heat your grill, and spray with Pam cooking spray. Lay your chop and grill for 5 minutes on each side.

Blueberry sauce
1 cup blueberry jam
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Mix both together in small sauce pan, and cook on low heat.

Serve on top of your veal chop. Veal is so tender and just melts in your mouth. The blueberry sauce adds just the right sweetness to it.

Be Sweet and Stay Sweet!
