Dill Salmon Patties

Dill Salmon Patties
14 ounce can salmon, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 juice of fresh lemon
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
1 garlic clove minced
1 egg
1 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spray your dish with cooking spray.

Pour salmon into large mixing bowl, and separate with fork. Add the rest of your ingredients, and stir.

Form patties and place in baking dish.
I like to form small patties. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Ya'll the dill and lemon juice gives these just the right splash of flavors to your taste bud. You have to try theses.

Be Sweet and Stay Sweet!
