Cajun Crab Sliders


Cajun Crab Sliders
4.25 ounce crab
1 celery stick, minced
1/4 red bell pepper, minced
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 slices of bread, crumbed
1 egg
1 tablespoon Cajun season
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cajun Sauce:
1 tablespoon mayo
12 teaspoon Cajun season
4 dash hot sauce

6 rolls

Mix all ingredients of crab mixture together and form into small patties; about a 1" ball flatten.



Heat oil in skillet and fry for about 4 minutes on each side or until brown.

Mix Cajun sauce together and spread on toasted roll; adding crab cake.
