Robin's Taco Soup

Robin's Taco Soup
1.5 to 2 pounds deer burger or lean hamburger
28 ounce diced tomatoes
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons cumin
2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon crush red peppers
15 ounce black beans, drained
15 ounce red kidney beans
15 ounce great northern beans
15 ounce whole corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Chop up your onion, pepper, and mince your garlic. In big pot brown your meat; adding your onion, pepper, and garlic.

When your meat is brown, drain grease, and set back on stove top, at medium heat.

Add your spices, beans, corn, and cilantro. You made want to save a some cilantro for garnishing. Cook on simmer for 1 hour, so your flavors will marry.

This is so simple and delicious. Some people use a package of taco seasoning and a package of dry ranch seasoning. I like mixing my own seasonings, and the fresh cilantro gives it the kick you  need.

NOTE: For all of you that have a USA Drug Store, you can buy your dried spices for $1.00. Go stock up your kitchen for nothing.

I'm already planning my garden out. I'm getting six 12" blocks and adding  a herb garden to another spot in my yard. Plus hoping to have a little cooking area outside, for when I'm grilling. Just think I can just reach over and grab my favorite herbs. So, excited! I'm planning my garden and the weatherman is calling for snow and ice here tomorrow. Oh well snuggle up everyone and let this taco soup warm up your belly.

Be Sweet and Stay Sweet!
