Sugar Free Sweet Delight

Sugar Free Sweet Delight
1 box/5.5 ounce sugar free vanilla waffers
14 ounce sugar free instant chocolate pudding
2 bananas sliced
1 cup crunchy peanut butter  - mine had only 2 grams of sugar
8 ounce sugar free Cool Whip

In food processor, grin your waffers to become crumbly. Add peanut butter and mix together. You have to work this together with your hands; pressing it down into your dish. Set in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Add sliced bananas on top.

Mix together  pudding as directed; putting it on top of your bananas.

Then add your cool whip.

Set in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.

It's Valentine's and not a good time to be watching your weight, but with this recipe; you don't have to. Well....you can't eat the whole pan of it. ha!
