Robin's Tailgate Sliders

Robin Tailgate Sliders (Serves 10)
1 pound hamburger
2 tablespoons onion, minced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
2 slices hot pepper jack cheese
2 slices cheddar cheese
Miracle Whip
Brown Spicy Mustard
4 sweet pickles, sliced
1 package rolls - I used Sara Lee's

Mix together hamburger, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, barbecue sauce, salt and pepper. Grab some wax paper, to help form your square burger. Using almost one cup of hamburger mixture, lay on wax paper forming it as in the picture below.

Cut into squares. Repeat until you have used all your burger.

Place on grill, and cook for about ten minutes, turning over only once. Add your cheese, cook until melted. I did half hot pepper jack cheese, and half cheddar.

Slice your roll in half. You can either do half Miracle Whip and half brown spicy mustard, or whatever is your favorite. I used brown spicy mustard on my hot pepper jack cheese ones, and Miracle whip on my cheddar ones. I have two different colored toothpicks, so my guest could tell the different. Red topped toothpicks for cheddar, and blue topped toothpicks for hot pepper jack. Also, add to slices of your pickle to the toothpick and insert in top of your roll.

So simple and great for tailgating.

Tailgating pictures with Pat - Linda, and Candi - Ben. The Hogs won that day, thank goodness - close game.
